Silence, the fine art of holding your ish...

Recently, a young one thought he dropped knowledge on me, as my response to his foolishness was an “Okay”, followed by silence.

I was more taken aback at the fact that he felt he could school me on something he knows absolutely NOTHING about.

In an instant I made the decision to choose silence. A dear soul reminded me that keeping silent is often the best path to take. While I cried during the reflection, my heart did smile at my strength, I surprise myself daily.

To all of my working girls who put up with much nonsense I salute you!
